CSPA and Environmental Law Foundation file comments on Tracy waste discharge requirements

 

March 5, 2009 -- On March 3rd, CSPA sent a comment letter to the State Water Resources Control Board regarding Waste Discharge Requirements and Time Schedule Order for City of Tracy, Central Valley Water Board. CSPA is scheduled to appear before the State Water Control Board on March 17 at a hearing regarding the draft order to remand both Tracy's and Lodi's waste water treatment permits back to the regional board.
