CSPA files Comments on City of Angels Wastewater Treatment Plant
May 11, 2009 -- CSPA has requested "designated party" status in the request for relicensing of the City Of Angels Wastewater Treatment Plant permit. The relicensing does not specify an adequate mixing zone and is less stringent than the current permit in violation of the anti-backsliding provisions of the permitting process.
