| More News CSPA's Bill Jennings to speak in Stockton September 9th on possible death of the Delta, meeting open to the public | Bill Jennings, now Executive Director of CSPA and long time Delta Keeper. | August 27, 2009 -- Bill Jennings, Executive Director of the California Sports Fishing Protection Alliance, will speak in Stockton at an open meeting. The meeting, with the public invited, is being hosted by the Delta Fly Fishers as a service to the Stockton community. He will address the impact of the State water policy on Northern California including the possible death of California Delta as we know it. Mr. Jenning's presentation will be at John R.
